About Us
Leslie Wittick is the Director and primary coach at Think to Evolve.
Leslie’s interest in human functioning began when she went to the University of Western Ontario to obtain her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Kinesiology. She continued her education at Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic and earned her License as a Massage Therapist. Here she discovered the strong connection between the mind and the body. As she continued her studies Leslie found that science, psychology and kinesiology all make the distinction that is it our mind that has the power to bridge the gap between our current results and our potential. She realized that once we have a clear understanding of how the mind works we can then apply that knowledge to change what isn’t working in any area of our lives. Leslie believes that the way to really help others move forward is to build a positive, strong foundation in the subconscious mind, where habits and behaviors lie.
Over the course of her career, she has had the opportunity to work with people in clinical, educational and business environments. Leslie has seen and experienced the positive impact that can be made when we change the way we think. Great results happen when we work with the mind. It is the root of where real, lasting change can be made.
